Ingredients

• 2 ounces Version 2 whiskey

• 1 brown sugar cube

• 1 teaspoon water

• 2-3 dashes Angostura bitter

• orange twists

• 1 smoked Maraschino cherry (optional)

Directions

1. Combine sugar cube and dash with bitter to a rocks glass.

2. Add water then muddle gently until sugar cube is dissolved.

3. Fill with ice.

4. Add whiskey and gently stir.

5. Express oil of orange with a twist over glass then drop in to glass as garnish

6. Add cherry if desired.
